Akrapovič uses performance-oriented catalytic converters that provide you with all the sound and performance improvements you are accustomed to with Akrapovič exhaust systems. The catalytic converter is a honeycomb metal structure incorporating precious metals (palladium, rhodium and platinum) on its surface. These metals convert poisonous carbon monoxide and unburnt hydrocarbons found in the exhaust into carbon dioxide and non-toxic water vapor.
